It’s quick and easy to book a notarization with us. Just choose a notarization type on our scheduling calendar, and then select a date and time that works for you. Use this link to view our booking calendar.

You will need the original document(s) to be notarized and a valid, non-expired official photo identification for each signer.  

All signers must present official, valid, non-expired, government-issued IDs. You can use a driver’s license, state ID card, passport, military ID, or green card picture ID. Contact us if you don’t have the necessary identification.

Most single signer notarizations take 15 minutes or less. If you have multiple documents to notarize or a more complex notarization situation, please add a note when you book your appointment and plan to allow extra time. 

As a mobile notary, we will meet you anywhere within our service area. See our Services & Fees page for details on our service area and travel fees.

Yes! We are commissioned in Tennessee to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON) for use nationwide. Be sure to select the Remote Online Notarization (RON) appointment type during booking. We will contact you with next steps.
